Christina Siegler

Associate Director of Client Delivery

With a degree in Broadcast Journalism from Florida Atlantic University, Christina got her start by becoming a video editor. Once she realized that line of work was not for her, she used her visual and storytelling skills, along with her knack for planning, to become a Project Manager.

Her PM career began at a technology company working with the biggest college sports entities in re-branding and revitalizing their web properties and mobile applications. Christina then grew from being a PM to a certified Scrum Master while using Scrum Methodology to launch the PAC-12 Conference website.

Most recently, Christina served as the Director of Operations and Project Management at Crossfield Digital, a boutique agency. There she led all web and mobile app development along with the operations of the company at large.

Christina is passionate about providing her team with a fun, rewarding, and open working environment.

  • Identify the role of hiring manager + leadership in the onboarding process
  • Ensure that expectations, communication channels, and corporate structure are clear from the outset
