Originally from Cali, Colombia, Angela Mesa came to the US as a teenager in search of greater opportunity. Moving at such a young age allowed Angela to dive into American culture while still holding strongly to her Latina roots. Angela's family and native culture taught her the value of resilience, human connection and relationship building with people from all backgrounds.
For the past 16 years Angela has led cross-functional teams in the US and abroad which has helped her explore multiple cultures and business environments. Currently, Angela is a Cisco contributor where she is the Global Channel Operations Manager for the Meraki BU and The Global President of Cisco’s LatinX Employee Resource Group Conexión.
Angela has a B.S. in Information Systems, Management and Services from USF in Tampa FL where she also started her journey in management.
