Amanda has extensive experience building a culture of community and connection with the purpose of positively impacting employee work/life balance.
Having started her own holistic well-being journey over nine years ago, she’s passionate about helping others make the positive changes she’s experienced in her own life. A certified Life Coach with a certification in holistic nutrition, her expertise spans all aspects of well-being. She holds a BA in Psychology from Georgia State University and is a graduate of Kennesaw State University where she obtained her MBA.
