Rachel is the founder and CEO of The Rivington Group, where she has advised organizations across every industry on research-based people strategy, operations, and workplace dynamics. She speaks regularly at corporate events and conferences and has written about people-related solutions. She was previously the Chief People Officer at Binc, a technology recruiting firm and Inc. Best Workplaces honoree. Prior to that, she was a Partner at McChrystal Group, where her team's work formed the backbone of the New York Times bestseller, Team of Teams. While at McChrystal Group, she worked with Fortune 500 clients as well as small and mid-sized firms. At Booz Allen Hamilton, she advised Dept. of Defense clients on leadership, talent management and change management. She also ran leadership development at Bridgewater Associates where she trained managers on the skills outlined in Ray Dalio's New York Times bestseller, Principles. Rachel studied Psychology and Fine Art at Cornell University and Organizational Psychology at Columbia University.
